Savannah Beerathon set for Saturday

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC)- Savannah is set to host the second annual Beerathon on May 18. The event is back after the overwhelming success of last year's Beerathon. The event is a clever take on a traditional marathon but no running is required. The one day event will take place at 26 bars and feature 26 different beers. Participants will be able to spend the day enjoying downtown Savannah, visiting local restaurants and bars, and sampling some of the best beer the city has to offer. The American Diabetes Association will serve as the benefiting non-profit partner for the second year in a row.
