Rally against health care cuts set for Thursday | News

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC)- Some
seniors in Savannah will call on Congressman Jack Kingston Thursday to promise
not to cut Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security. 

Seniors
with the Retirees United for the Future and the Georgia State AFL, CIO are
holding a rally Thursday where they will tell stories about how they would be
hurt if congress cuts Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security to extend George
Bush's tax cuts for the top two-percent. 

The
rally starts at 12:30 p.m. at 322 East Taylor Street in Savannah.
