Powerball jumps to $216M for Saturday | People
SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Saturday night’s Powerball jackpot has jumped to an estimated $216 million to a single annuity winner. This is the second $200 million plus jackpot seen this year.
The jackpot has rolled ten times since Feb. 9.
Saturday night’s $216 Million jackpot carries a cash option of $132 million.
Powerball tickets must be purchased by 9:59 p.m. for the 10:59 p.m. drawing. Powerball tickets cost $2 and are available at lottery retailers statewide. For an extra dollar, players may purchase the PowerPlay option to increase non-jackpot prizes by a set amount.
